Custom Mementos will ship according to customer's routing instructions wherever possible. Purchase orders not indicating specific routing instructions will be shipped according to Custom Mementos best judgement. Custom Mementos can only assure shipping dates from F.O.B. Point (Los Angeles, CA) and cannot be responsible for carrier on en route delays. Custom Mementos is a division of Strike Zone, Inc. All transaction are processed through Strike Zone, Inc.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization issued by Custom Mementos. All return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice date. A restocking fee of $5.00 or 15% of the total sale, whichever is greater, may be applicable.
